DR DEVIKA IYER
PRINCIPAL DENTIST & DIRECTOR
I am Dr Devika Iyer, the principal dentist and owner at Grandstand Dental Care.
After graduating from Melbourne University in 1992, I was selected for the Alfred Hospital residency program and commenced my practice a few years thereafter. I have vast experience in oral surgery, implantology and cosmetic dentistry and have been an accredited member of the Australian Society of Implantology since 2005.
Our practice has grown exponentially over the years but we have always been committed to providing value for our patients through good health practices.
I have completed my Masters in Oral Implantology at Frankfurt University Germany. My master thesis was study of chair side CAD/CAM fabricated surgical guides for implant supported crowns with a complete digital pathway.
In my free time, I love to dance, travel and enjoy the arts and music with my husband and two children.
I am really proud of our dynamic team, as we are all committed to continuous improvement and focus primarily on giving back to our lovely patients. I greatly appreciate our wonderful patients, many of whom I have known for many years and I am truly grateful to those on my team who make it all possible.
DR RADHIKA SINGH
ASSOCIATE DENTIST
Hello, my name is Dr Radhika Singh, and I look forward to meeting you at our dental practice! My philosophy for patient care is to provide a positive and relaxing experience for you and your family. My patients are always my priority and I strive to continue providing comprehensive, comfortable and evidence based dental care.
After graduating from The University of Adelaide, I completed further post-graduate education in orthodontics from The City of London Dental School. I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry, with special interest in children’s dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics.
On the weekends, I love spending time with family and friends, discovering the multitude of cafes in Melbourne and spending as much time as possible outside surrounded by nature.
I love working at Grandstand Dental Care as we encourage our patients to sustain lifelong wellness through good dental health practices. I welcome you into our family and look forward to seeing you soon!
DR DILHAN RAJASINGHAM

As one of the experienced dentists at our clinic, I take pride in providing you with a calm, low-stress environment to discuss your concerns and desires for your dental and personal wishes openly and freely. I take great pride in providing excellent clinical procedures, reducing dental anxiety and developing lifelong professional relationships with our patients.
I graduated from the University of Adelaide and completed a Post-Graduate Qualification in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics from The City of London Dental School, which has further developed my interest in orthodontic and paediatric dentistry.
Having grown up, received education, lived and returned to work in the area surrounding Grandstand Dental Care, I am extremely proud to give back to local community and our patients. Outside of work, I love travelling and discovering the world, have a passion for sport and keeping myself fit and healthy.
I am very privileged to work in such a supporting and dynamic environment and welcome you to Grandstand Dental!

With special interest in periodontics, I focus on rehabilitating mild to moderate periodontal disease and in providing education for patients in maintaining optimal oral hygiene.

Amanda Richards

Hi my name is Amanda, I am a Dental Hygienist at Grandstand Dental Care. I have a special interest in preventative dental care, treating mild to moderate periodontal disease and in helping patients achieve their best possible smile through whitening procedures. My scope enables me to see a wide variety of patients including children and adults and I work closely with all of the dentists to achieve the best possible oral health outcomes for our patients. I pride myself on providing a high standard of care, and through evaluation, treatment and education I help my patients achieve optimal oral health and overall health for life.
I have been in the dental industry for 16 years. I first began my career as a dental nurse, and it was during this time that I realised my passion for preventative dental care, and my ability to help people reach their best possible level of health and wellbeing. I then went on to further my skills at RMIT university to become a dental hygienist. I am also committed to continued professional development to always ensure best practice and an evidence based approach when providing care to my patients.
When I don’t have my dental hygienist hat on I love spending time with my husband and our three children. I enjoy traveling, playing guitar and cooking. I very much look forward to meeting you at Grandstand Dental care.

IRMA AER
DENTAL TECHNICIAN & DENTAL NURSE
Hi, my name is Irma Aer and I am the dental technician at Grandstand Dental Care and DI Implant Centre.
I work closely with the dentists and external dental laboratories to organise prosthetic set ups such as dentures, implants, surgical stents, guides, clear vacuum forming, temporary prosthesis, whitening trays, retainers, Essex retainers and a variety of occlusal splints.
We are also working towards the digital workflows for implants, prosthetics, inlays, onlays, crowns and surgical guides to provide efficiency and convenience for patients.
I am an associate member of Australian Dental Prosthetists Association.
I enjoy working at Grandstand Dental Care and DI Implant Centre not only because we are encouraged to engage and care for patients, but also because we value and respect our patients and the team.
Swimming, dancing and walking reenergise and rejuvenate me. I have a new interest on drawing where nature inspires me.

Hi, my name is Sally and I am the Business Manager and Critical Care Nurse at Grandstand Dental Care. I have worked for Dr Iyer for 2.5 years and I can honestly say that working here has changed my life.
I have worked within the hospital environment for 20 years and it has been great to utilise my nursing and business skills whilst also gaining valuable knowledge and personal growth within the dental world. Grandstand Dental Care offers a unique style of care that not only looks at the patient’s dental health but also incorporates medical and lifestyle factors into that provision of care.
Assisting the growth of the business whilst also providing a high standard of patient care is extremely important to me. I assist Dr Iyer with patients who require medical assessments and I will follow up with other health care professionals to ensure the patients are in optimal health before commencing dental procedures. I also provide assistance during dental implant surgery where platelet rich fibrin graft material is required

I am a person who loves working for the community and this position has allowed me to work with all my capacity in delivering an exceptional service.
